## Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Deliver consultative demos and presentations to showcase how Ledger1CRM solves customer pain points.
- Manage a full sales cycle—from discovery and proposal to negotiation and close—consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that drive customer retention and expansion, contributing to residual commission earnings.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity records within our CRM; forecast and report on progress regularly.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to improve messaging, handoffs, and customer outcomes.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
## Requirements
- 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (SDR, Account Executive, or similar), preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Proven ability to run a consultative sales process, uncover needs, and map solutions to business outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills across phone, video, and email.
- Demonstrated success managing pipelines, prioritizing effectively, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Comfortable selling remotely to diverse stakeholders and collaborating across time zones.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Ledger1CRM or similar platforms a plus).
- Self-starter with high integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or related SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with residual/recurring revenue models and account expansion strategies.
- Industry experience in SMB, professional services, or verticals commonly adopting CRM tools.
- Multilingual communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern sales tools (e.g., sales engagement, intent data, video prospecting).
