SOP: Connecting a New App Integration

Purpose

To ensure secure and correct configuration of third-party applications within the Ledger1CMS App Marketplace.

Admin Access: User must have ADMIN or OWNER role.

Credentials: Access to the admin account of the target app (e.g., Shopify Admin, Facebook Business Manager).

Pre-Check

Verify that the service you are connecting is on a paid/active tier if required (e.g., Twitter Enterprise, HubSpot Professional).

Ensure you have the necessary API Keys or Admin Login credentials ready.

Initiate Connection

Navigate to /cms/apps.

Locate the App Card.

Click Connect.
